This Policy explains what information the nexgen-line.dev website stores in your browser, why, and how you can manage it. The website is run by „NEXGEN LINE” S.R.L., IDNO 1025600024323.
1. What cookies are
1.1. A “cookie” is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit it. A similar technology is the browser's local storage (localStorage), which keeps information on the device for the same purpose.
- first-party cookies are set by the website you visit; third-party cookies are set by external services embedded in the website;
- session information is deleted when you close the browser; persistent information stays on the device until it expires or you delete it.
1.2. Storing information on your device, or accessing it, requires your prior consent, except where it is strictly necessary for the website to work or for a service you asked for.
2. In short
2.1. On your first visit we ask whether you accept marketing cookies (Meta Pixel). The “Accept” and “Reject” buttons are equally visible and equally easy to use, and the website works fully if you reject.
2.2. Until you choose “Accept”, no Meta script loads and no marketing cookie is set. We do not use traffic analytics tools.
2.3. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.
3. Strictly necessary storage (no consent needed)
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| nexgen-cookie-consent | localStorage, first-party | remembers your cookie choice (accept / reject) and its date, so we don't ask on every visit and can respect your choice | 180 days, then we ask again |
| locale | cookie, first-party | remembers the language you picked in the language menu (ro / en / ru); set only when you change the language | 12 months |
3.1. This information does not identify you and is not shared with anyone.
4. Marketing cookies (only with consent)
4.1. The Meta Pixel is a Meta (Facebook, Instagram) tool we use to measure how well our ads work (for example, how many audit requests come from an ad) and to be able to show ads to people who visited the website. We only send Meta the “page view” and “request sent” events, without the form's content. Details: Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy.
| Name | Provider | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta | cookie, first-party | identifies the browser for ad measurement and showing ads | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta | cookie, first-party | remembers a click on a Meta ad, if you arrived from an ad | 90 days |
| fr | Meta | third-party cookie (facebook.com) | delivering, measuring and improving the relevance of ads | 90 days |
4.2. If you withdraw consent, we stop the Meta Pixel, delete the _fbp and _fbc cookies from the website and reload the page. The fr cookie belongs to facebook.com and you can delete it in your browser settings.
5. Other services
5.1. The audit form, fonts and pages are served from our own domain and set no third-party cookies. The Instagram icons and links are plain links: Instagram's cookies only apply if you visit that page. On the date of the check (28.09.2026), the website sets no cookies other than those in the tables above.
5.2. Third-party providers may change their practices at any time. We check the website regularly and update this Policy if anything changes.
6. How to manage stored information
6.1. From “Cookie settings” in the website footer you can accept or reject marketing cookies at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
6.2. You can delete or block stored information at any time in your browser settings. After deleting it, the website will ask you again.
7. Link with the Personal Data Processing Policy
7.1. Personal data processed through cookies (for example, the IP address or browser identifier) is processed under Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection and the Personal Data Processing Policy, which describes your rights, the legal bases, the recipients and international transfers.
8. Changes and contact
8.1. We may update this Policy, including to reflect changes in the technologies used on the website. If we add new categories of cookies, we will ask for your choice again. The version in force is always published at nexgen-line.dev/en/cookie-policy.
