6.3. Meta Pixel — only with your consent. For collecting and transmitting data through the Meta Pixel we are joint controllers with Meta; after that, Meta processes the data as an independent controller under its privacy policy. 7. International data transfers

7.1. The providers in Annex 1 are companies based in the USA or the European Union, and data may be stored or accessed on servers outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union and the USA.

7.2. These transfers take place only with the safeguards provided by Law No. 195/2024 — mainly the standard contractual clauses included in the providers' data processing terms. The Meta Pixel transfer takes place only after you consent. You can ask us for details of these safeguards using the contact details in clause 1.3.

8. Cookies

8.1. We only use strictly necessary storage and, only if you accept it, the Meta Pixel. Until you choose, the Meta Pixel does not load. Details and the full list are in the Cookie Policy.

  • the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (art. 21);
  • the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you (art. 22);
  • the right to withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (from “Cookie settings”), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (clause 13.2) or to go to court.

10.2. You can exercise your rights by sending a request to nicolae.druta@nexgen-line.dev. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity.

12. Personal data breaches

12.1. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we notify the National Center for Personal Data Protection within 72 hours of becoming aware of it (art. 33). If the risk is high, we also inform you without undue delay (art. 34).

13. Changes and final provisions

13.1. We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, recommendations of the supervisory authority or changes to the website.
